This is a collectible Pokemon Victini plush from the 20th Anniversary! This plush has short, rough, shimmer fabric.
These were available for a very limited time in specific stores- to collect them all meant going to many different stores before they sold out. They're fantastic for those serious collectors, not really meant for play.
